The Torque figure will be a Standard torque for the bolt size used. Just make sure the manifold is sitting on the 4 pins (2 on each head) and will have a small gap between the manifold and heads on each side. If the heads have been skimmed this gap can be lost and the manifold will sit on the head directly and the ports will be miss matched. If that's the case the manifold will need skimming to restore the gap. Sadly there is no measurement for this .25mm is enough check with no "O" rings installed.
