Majorette is a French manufacturer of toy cars. So their Maserati-Logo show a fork for kids instead of this dangerous tridente. Image Unavailable, Please Login Found under: http://www.auto-motor-und-sport.de/d/114139
I happen to think it is great stuff...it suits miniature kids cars perfectly. All of the logos go together very well and fit into a fun theme for kids. All of them are well presented and look the part of "junior" versions of the original logos. I'd love to hear the reasoning behind comments like "this is the stupidest thing I've ever seen in my life".
they look great. they are from minichamp. what's majorette? i saw these ads a month ago, featured in an advertising magazine. these ads are clear, clever, and to the point. i dont think they are stupid; if anything, lamborghini and ferrari started it all and created their cartoonish mascots and merchandizing.
If they didn't have merchandizing, the cost of a 430 would be 425k USD. Aside from that, the logos are a neat idea.
Growing up I collected alot of Ferrari/Lamborghini die cast cars in all scales (didn't know what a Maserati was back then). The prancing horse, trident, and raging bull are what symbolizes these cars, logos like this just destroy the image these cars represent. Just my opinion, the sentence I used was probably harsh, I'll restate "I don't think it's a good idea". Just my opinion.
I think its hilarious, while it does set something of an example for kids, but how are they gonna know how to say lamborghini. Once you get past a certain age you consider it nonsense, that age is probably about 11-12. And its the French too making it up, kinda feminine. No offense, to you frenchies out there.
children will respond more to symbols they recognize sooner. these work wonderfully. to say "logos like this just destroy the image these cars represent" means you might want to lighten up.
