It seems the MC12 was driven by a WOMAN, the car was heading towards Turin after a trip to Switzerland. Which may be true: i know at least 2 MC12 owners in Turin. It is a repost: there's a thread in the Maserati section.
I don't now why but when I first saw the tittle of this thread I though of Frank Mountain. If anyone saw the video on how this guy drives his MC12 then you'll know what I mean Poor MC12...

Really? - - Stephan managed to destroy one of 400 Enzos' without the help of his wife. Not only that, she had her MB confiscated in Beverly Hills for legal reasons which I seriously doubt, were her doing. If she had been driving the Enzo, it would still be here. If she were a passenger on that 6:00 AM drive, he'd still be sleeping on the couch and both cars would be in the garage also sleeping soundly (until the Feds came!!!! Cheers all, Hank
I thought it was Frank as well, you will never see such a laid back guy when it comes to driving, if it was his he would probably say 'Oh Well!' and go and buy another one
Sorry, but this might not be Frank's. Saw the clip again and his plate is yellow and this one is white. Gosh... so many people can afford to crash a MC12 and I can't even afford the wheel Time to make some $
