The LS is a great motor and always has been. Plus, VERY reliable. Biggest difference is the sound. Hard to beat the sound of a tuned 360. .... Well .... unless it is 12 cylinders. :)

Looking at the engine so many questions:::

    cable throttle body’s
    From what donor?

no coil on plug ignition… now remote coil
    From what?

    what ecu?

no 360 intake… no vac actuated flapper in intake for low tq and peak hp… love the simplification. Wonder how it drives.

very curious about the ecu’s used…. Haltec of something aftermarket?

I bet a converted f430 ex would sound good on that beast!

Looks like a single fuel pump feeding both banks.
Simpliest Idle Air Control in between the 2 banks.
Look at the access to bleed the coolant; Vent screw in the open.

    Just wow!

removed the prettiest part of the engine, the intake runner covers! facepalm.
I don't readily see an advantage to the ugly ones they fabbed up, do you guys?
Agree, don't see mass air flow sensors, coils gone, and cable driven tandem TB setup. weird.

The beauty is how our complicated ECUs and Fuel/AIR/IGNITION Management Systems were modded and displayed in a working car.

    I am truly impressed.
