Our reason for going to Europe to see cars and collections, was primarily to attend this year's Goodwood Revival of Speed. Anyone who has wondered about it, should absolutely, 100%, go. It was spectacular, bucket-list, very well managed, organized and run. Access to track and paddock was ample, with add-on access for a fee. You must attend in period wardrobe, and I rented mine from a theater costume company here in the US. Tickets sales are limited, so crowds and traffic are controlled and nowhere near overwhelming. Good food too, adequate seating, and the people are fantastic.

It rained every single one of the three days we attended, but I was comfortable the entire time, that's how well-prepared the grounds were. There was some mud to contend with, but life isn't all perfect, you prepare and compensate for it (by wearing plastic liners over your shoes).

Well, I managed to stuff that up and now I can’t edit so enjoy that picture of Alicante and Winchester! The Ghibli was odd, sporting a 1968 rear end [ dropdown bootlid ] with a 1969 front with rounded headlamp buckets and the mid series interior

Thanks for posting these great photos! The Revival is always worth to travel to. From all the cars you show here, I was happy to broker 4 of them here to their current owners. And one of them is the most expensive Maserati ever to date.
