So many silly threads. This one is intended to be positive and supporting Massa for WDC. At this point, I would support anyone for WDC except for Hanalton. I mean Hamilton.

Go Massa, you can do it!!

Força Massa! I really hope he wins this championship without Kimi's help, because as some people have mentioned Kimi should return the favor back to Massa after what he did in the Brazilian GP to help him win the WDC. It would be common courtesy...but anyway I hope the championship will only depend on Massa and that other driver for McLaren...

I'm sorry but I gotta say that watching F1 on Speed Channel got me sick of Hamilton! According to that old commentator Hamilton is the only one who does the right thing and can drive. I'm sick of Hamilton and that commentator! I hope they realize how annoying it is for non-Hamilton fans to watch a F1 race while that old man is making his comments. He problably forgot Hamilton didn't win the WDC last year...

There is only one humane vaccine for Hamiltonitis. It is called, Massacillan. Let's hope the cure was completed in time to stop the spread of the virus.

I wasn't a big Massa fan until his comment the other day
about winning it on his own, not depending on Kimi.
Good for him, and I gained alot more respect,
unlike Rubens the whiner before him.

Ferrarichat the way it should be :) GO Felipe!! He has earned my respect this year by charging, qualifying, racing and winning in the face of never ending criticism. He didnt give up his dream of competing for and hopefully winning the WDC. I was a Kimi fan no doubt. He has beaten Kimi, the reigning WDC in equal machinery. No, he has beaten the WDC by taking the same machinery and making it work for HIM, Kimi or none.

Its the story of the year and his drive at Hungary was the final blow to Kimi and his title repeat hopes. I am shocked at this as I expected Kimi to park him from the first flag drop. Hardly. Felipe is the real deal and a true competitor who has not uttered silliness in relation to racing. He has simply gotten the job done, no matter what Kimi didnt do or what LH was babbling. Performance counts and Felipe is performing. Need proof? Hit Manipef1.com for all the stats this year.

Remember, Schumi is living vicariously through him so, a win for Massa is almost like a win for Schumi. :)

I have always enjoyed Massa and except for the frustration of the races in which he flounders, he is my favorite.

Ron, why do you dislike Hamilton so much? I think he is a very talented driver and is going to be high in the standings for years to come. After Massa, Hamilton and Kubica are my choices (flame suit on!)

I do not post a lot on here, but I have always been a supporter of Massa.

Like all other drivers, Massa also makes mistakes, but I am delighted with his overall performance this season, and I would LOVE to see him as 2008 WDC!

Until Hamilton started with the morally obliged to win the WDC crap, I felt he was a nice kid that has been given some bad advise as to his public image. Now I am not at all sure. I do not care for arrogance, or self righteous attitudes, as Hamilton has displayed in the last few months. A truly confident athelete does all of his talking in the the arena of his sport. I think it is the insecure athelete or the actor athelete that talks like Hamilton. Enough time has passed that one can no longer use the argument that Hamilton is being misunderstood.

You never heard Schumacher talk like this, nor Lauda, Prost, Mansell, and you certainly do not hear Massa, Raikkonen, Kubica, etc talk like this. Even Alonso has not been this bad. And going back to the more colorful drivers, Hunt and Irvine, their rhetoric was never this full of BS. Senna had a championship or two before he started with his moral obligation language.

I do not doubt Hamilton's skill in the McLaren, probably the best chassis on the grid. I would agree that he is talented, but I personally prefer the type of interview that Massa gives, and detest the type of interviews from Hamilton. Of course, I do not at all care for the team Hamilton represents, so for that reason, as I keep saying, I wish Hamilton much good health but absolute bad luck on track. Someday, I would not mind seeing Hamilton in a Ferrari, as I do believe he would be taught by that Italian team how not to appear like a wanker in public.

I like Massa very much. He seems to be steady and that keeps him in the hunt. There are times LH seems to be superior but I want to say,

    Massa for WDC !!!

It a so nice to hear Massa get everyone's support compared to earlier this year. The Massa bashing was seriously getting really annoying. Hope he takes it all the way!
