Glad to see the Scuderia off to an early start: http://www.blick.ch/sport/formel1/artikel27191 Massa did 46 laps with the new V8 engine in Vallelunga. Here a picture taken from the same source: Image Unavailable, Please Login
dude that is great news, but i dont have an idea what it says??? it looks great, Go Massa, but it needs, to be translated for me!
It doesn't really tell you much as the article is mostly about Bernie's birthday. 46 laps in Vallelunga using the new V8 engine is about all the information there is. For a report in English (but no pics) e.g. go to: http://www.formula1.com/news/3772.html
It seems that the event in Fiorano was also a good farewell for Rubens driving the three seater with his father and grandfather....
Any pics of this three seater car? MS took his family around in it as well. It broke down according to the report i read so a Fxx took over.
Here are photos of Rubhino's last ride............ Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I'd rather be in Italy on 2 November watching the V-8s at the Test Session rather than sitting here at my desk that day! Carol
I would love to scare the crap out of my parents like that. Just as a payback for being grounded all of 1989. Look Ma, no brakes, whahahahahahahahaha!!!!
You talkin' to me? I certainly am tremendously excited since a) we have Massa on board and b) a running V8 and c) the competition won't test for another month. Is Massa excited? I bet he is. And he should be.
I am with Andreas on this, regardless which manufacture had one on track first. It is simply nice to see Ferrari starting things early, now with the actual working engine then with the scheduled F2006 in January. I am so sick of these late introduction two races into the season crap and with so many rule changes in 2006, especially with the new V8 engine rule, they will need the miles to develop them, that goes for the tyre developments too. Basically, the more miles they can get testing, the better shape they will be when the '06 season starts. I still believe MS has at least another year left in him, I am extremly excited about the '06 season. Forza Ferrari !!
I just hope that with all the rules changing it would suit ferrari more and with them testing out the V8 early then they might make a come back for the coming season.
