I don't know if he will ever dominate F1 like Prost, Senna or Schumacher but he is certainly showing that he knows how to play mind games like the best of them. He showed it last year against his team-mate Alonso and now again as the points leader. With the exception of Schumacher, I wonder how much of this is Ron's doing.

Its about time that we have some personalities back in F1 again. :)

Ron the puppet master is in control of Hamiltons mouth. Ron is running the show.

Hear,hear!.. If we went around punishing F1 drivers for being nice, they would have all been in prison most of there careers.

Personality was James Hunt, or Eddie Irvine. They just had fun, they did not talk beyond their resume. This is just hot air. I do not remember Schumacher acting like this, or Lauda, or Prost, or Mansell, Senna, Hakkinen, the list of champions goes on.

I think one plays mind games when one has reached a certain pinnacle. In this case, being a WDC. Until then, this Mohammed Ali kind of silliness is ridiculous. Like I said before, Hamilton should just shut up and drive. That will prove his ability like nothing else. When he has at least one or two WDC's in his name, then he can be a "personality".

Right now, he is a growing pain in the ass. Which I find to be a real shame, because the kid has talent. I wonder who really puts him up to this BS or is Hamilton really a wanker in disguise? That would be a bummer.

So just why are you comparing him to the likes of champions!! if he isnt one, yet.

Just hang on to the notion he is a wanker in disguise, and be done with it..then we can give you the vote, and we'll be back to cavorting druids, death by stoning and dung for dinner

 Why are you getting so worked up? Seems they've got you by the tail. :) All Hamilton said was:

Then F1-live.com put their spin on it and you went spinning off your keister! :) I see nothing that he said that should be derided so vehemently. Don't you think your ax is sharp enough now?

It doesn't seem like the British press is doing him any favors. He may be arrogant at times but this isn't one of them.

Spot on Charles. But sadly there are those who are so anti LH that they aren't prepared to accept what's in front of them in black and white, they make up a version of their own that better suits their purpose. And, naturally, LH got no credit for complimenting Massa/Ferrari. As SRT Mike said - it's the FerrariChat way!

Amazing how you twist my words. Please, stop. I would really prefer that you do not even respond to any of my posts.

I wasn't comparing anyone to those champions, I was responding to the comment about drivers with personality. Hamilton at this point is nothing at all like those former WDC's. Not even close, so there is nothing to compare.

I hope that is clear enough in the Queens language for you to understand. Once and for all, I do not "hate" Hamilton, I am not anti-Hamilton, I am "anti-McLaren, and I just do not believe he is anything close to what some of you think. At least not yet.

And one more time, maybe he will prove to be something exceptional inf F1.

Do you really have dung for dinner? Could explain a lot about your approach.

    The bait worked.

Please, stop OK? After all this is just a forum, so why do you get so personal? Comment about the subject, but no need to make any comments about me personally. Try for once responding to a post that you do not agree with by focusing only on the subject, not on the person that made the post.

You do that quite often. I do not call you or your comments stupid, I do not twist your words although your slang is hard for us colonialist to understand. Is this possible? Thanks.

So let me get this straight you want me to stop getting personal with you, yet it is all right for you to post garbage about me (see below) well think again, if you don't want calling out don't post it.

I suggest you put me on ignore, but that wouldn't really solve your problem would it, because everyone else would read it and we can't have that can we. I'am glad by your own admission that you are baiting well done.

If I wanted a lecture I'd ask the missus, not you.

I have a better idea, I will not address anything that mentions you personally, only the subject of the thread, OK? And I would appreciate the same in return.

    Simple, really. Thanks

+1 The Ferrari should be dominant and Kimi owns that track. If he shows poorly then we'll know something's definitely wrong. But I highly doubt that. Barring any mechanical failures, I say he wins.

I will be happy as long as the Ferraris finishes 1 & 2 with Hamilton scoring ZERO points at Spa.

Sounds good to me. Maybe Lewis's tongue will get cought up in the intake and stall his car. ;) I noticed and I may be wrong but hasnt Massa been running better on the harder of the compounds in the last few races? Lets see if he does just as well with the one harder compound. I think he will kill them this weekend.

"I think Ferrari have been strong when we have had the softest two tyre compounds,"

"The last two races for Massa were impressive but I actually consider our car the most competitive overall,"

Amazing how words like these can bring out the usual suspects, who want him to act like some good ol' boy who knows his place. I think that's enough to show that it's not his words that bring out these people, it's simply him. Wonder why? Oh wait...

Exactly....it was his championship to lose and he did exactly that last year. Had no rubber on his rear tires but didn't come in until Ronnie said it was ok in China and in Brazil he apparently hit the neutral button after totally screwing up the start. Silly mistakes=WDC pissed away.

PS-Hammy's ass is still sore from the spanking Massa gave him in the last 2 races; I'm still pissed about Hungary's DNF. I think LH is a great driver who needs to let his driving do the talking.

Would love to see RK or SV in the McLaren or Ferrari.....

Spa certainly was no high point for young Lewis last year either.
He was consistently slowest of the four cars of interest all meeting.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Filipe out qual' Kimi. They should be close either way.
How the brains-trust reacts to circumstances during the race will have more effect than what anyone says before they even get there.

i'm counting on either one of the Ferraris to win this one. Massa's on a roll now, and this is Kimster's fav. track.
