    Hi All,

    Has anyone had to remove the Master cylinder on a 73 LHD Dino with Air Con. USA spec car. I’m having issues with access due to Air Con fan that seems to have no obvious easy way to remove. Any advise would be appreciated. I’m stumped removing the front bottom nut!

    Hi,

    Took me an hour to work out - You remove the back of the Air Con motor so you can then remove the fan from the housing to get access to the Master Cylinder, otherwise fan keeps hitting the windscreen wiper mechanism. Image Unavailable, Please Login

    Yes, must remove the fan but one idea might be to remove the booster also.

    Since you're probably addressing a failure or issue, consider the age of that rubber in the booster.

    Thanks - I’ve found master cylinder was reconditioned poorly so hope it was just that but yes I do need to check booster.
