However, the one i have, has a sticker on the driver's side mirror... Anyone know what the story is, here...?

You really think...? i mean, i guess it's certainly possible... LOL, i guess i'v been duped then; i always thought the sticker was real... It's got a bad word on it, from what i can remember... i recall seeing a close-up somewhere; i'll have to check to see if i have it...

So, uh, does this Matsuda chap ever sell any of his cars? Black/red...mmm. I'm glad NNO goes for the black interior; that way we shan't have to fight over her : ).

 

I cant believe how much the Enzo has grown on me since it first came out.

When I first saw it it liked it but was not really wild about it. The more I see it though the more I love it. It just looks so different to every other supercar.

Black really shows off the lines well.

 

I wasn't there but I bet you an Enzo that the PS'ed is the one without the sticker.

The stickered shots have to be photoshops. Look at the mirror in the un-stickered car, you can see realtime reflections in the paint. Yes, those could have been done in photoshop as well, but I doubt it based on how subtle the reflections are.

My teachers do car design in photoshop for a living, and I've never seen even them create such refined reflections like those in that mirror. Cleary someone PS'ed that sticker to make it look like the car with the real sticker on it...not to mention the area around the sticker is so blurry and unfinished it's not even funny.

 

Sorry but I have to disagree here for various reasons:

- Such "refined" (?) reflections you mention don't seem to me at all complicated to be made in PS. Unless you can prove with a hi-res shot that the concerned area of the picture is vastly more complicated than it shows here.

- What's the point in PSing a tiny, non readable sticker in the mirror of an Enzo? It's much more logical that the sticker was actually there and someone wanted to PS it away just for the pleasure of seeing a clean black Enzo.

- We've got 2 different pics of the Enzo w/stick and just 1 w/out. Even if as said before, someone bothered to PS a nonsense sticker in the mirror of an Enzo, do you really think he would do it twice in different pictures?

that sticker is rather worn in to be on a relatively new car that most likely isn't exposed to the weather that often, if at all. The guy musta been doing some high speed travel in an ice storm or something.
