Fergie contacted Administrator - with mea culpa. Without further ado, ban rescinded posthaste - within hours of commencement of 2nd ban.

[In the interim, on a lifeless part of the web, and then unbeknownst to FC, Markjayw started a thread indicating FC is Fascist, etc.]

[Post-ban - on aforementioned lifeless part of the web, and then known to FC, Markjayw built up bigger head of steam while piling more chips on shoulder]

Here's what Fergie was sending me privately. I didn't ask for any of it or respond with more than one word and forwarded to the mods. I have no problem having a good verbal swordfight. I'll even go so far as to admit that I invite it at times by being defensive. Haven't been in the best of moods lately. However, hitting me up privately, insulting me, inviting me to step outside to continue an argument I never invited and keep trying to walk away from is indeed harassment. I complained once and he got a break. First thing he did upon returning was invite me to argue outside ferrarichat, when I'd made it exceedingly clear I wanted nothing to do with him. As Rob said, feedback welcome. What do you do with a guy who insults you, gets banned, comes back and immediately goes after you again? These are four separate messages he sent me on different days.

"WTF is your problem dude. I am trying to get and give ACCUTATE info. All you do is post sarcastic and inaccurate bs. Why don't you end your subscription since your posts aren't helping anyone.

For an Exec you are seriously misinformed. Boston Acoustic audio is junk. No show car would ever use their speakers, use your subscription and get more information before you post any more crapola.

I concur with the ban. This is a value added community. Someone who only lessens the value doesn't belong here.

 

I'm sorry but its just hysterical when someone makes a grammatical error when correcting someone else. It just takes all the sting out of it.

 

I would have pulled the plug even sooner.
