    Very cool. How does the Dino perform at 10,000 ft? Will it idle at that altitude?

    Is that the road up to mount Halleakala (sp?)...if so I drove that in a rented white Ford Taurus with my wife & 3 kids in the back...it had all the handling & response of an asthmatic yak!!! some road though...and the scenery changes pretty dramatically too. I think they filmed a James Bond movie up there a while ago...very cool!! Would love to do it in my 246 gts or in a year or two your old 246 gt!!!

    Drove up there in a rented Jeep. Cold as hell! :)

    Did Mauna Kea once in a Mustang. Truly the top of the world! The car temp was PEGGED! I had to stop a couple of times to let it cool off but we made it. I happened to look at the rental contract later and noticed that there's no INS coverage for the motor if it seizes going up there. ;)

    Cool pics Gregg. I've done that drive in a Jeep Wrangler and a Caddy CTS (1st gen...better than expected but still not great), and would love to do it in an F-car, lotus elise, etc.

    Since you live on the island, maybe you can settle a bet...is that an NSA listening post at the summit?

    Was there in '06 , 4 of us did the road to hanna on rented harleys , also the road around to the north shore(i have a map , but unfortunately i am at work while typing this) will never forget that trip....awesome scenery!!!!!
