Hi I have this Ferrari F355 GTS M2.7 from 1995, Last night during test drive before the start of the season, I lose cylinder 5-8, check engine 5-8 does not light at all, even when it is turned on for self-diagnosis, I have a idea if it could be ECU box for cylinder 5-8, does anyone have experience with it? I have read that M2.7 system can be easily deleted and reprogrammed, there are some that can help.

Did you check your ECU fuse? (Fuse 33 in the footwell). This fuse supplies live battery power to the Left ECU. Ignition power is also supplied to each ECU, but it is unfused.

The ECU turns on the light prior to start, so you may be right in thinking it's an ECU-related problem.

Does the SLOW DOWN light also not illuminate for that bank during startup?

I ask this because the ECU also illuminates the light. Also, this may point to a faulty relay "O". This provides power to both lights (not to mention power to the Left fuel pump relay coil, power to various left bank engine sensors, some ECU circuits... )
