McLaren .... I dropped off a car for service at LFSC and ..........

i hope it's not secret but as i walked back by the parts desk, i saw familiar shape under a cover.

at first i thought it was a lotus but as i walked over for a side view i noticed the air intakes on the side of the car. i said hmmmm. and peeked under the cover..

yep MP4-12C.. then they took me over to the rolling chassis in the service bay area..

same as the unveiling but now i know more about the car..

i asked how long it was going to be around for and the answer was "a few days"

today when i was there, i was told it was moved into the showroom..

i am thinking maybe for the grand prix on sunday.. if you want to go see it, i would call first.. to make sure that it's still there.
