Ross has been busy getting more cash and shoring up his short comings. He's added two significant names to his aero department. He's recruited Nicolas Hennel de Beaupreau from Renault's aero dept and Simon Lacey from Honda's. Hennel will take up the role of Principal Aerodynamicist (MP4-23). He'd spent time at Benetton and worked alongside Rory Byrne between 2000 and 2002 at Ferrari.*

PitPass says that the loss of Lacey will be significant to Honda as he was one of the team's chief aerodynamicist. A position he shared with Mariano Alperin.*

Some of you might want to adjust your predictions for next year. Then again some of you might not.

Very interesting. But whom does he have as chief engineer? I think that's where his biggest weakness lies. There and the friggin Merc engine that constantly blows up.

Imagine, a McLaren engine that doesnt blow up, Kimi would already have 2 drivers titles.

well, i highly doubt this will happen. toyota made a move on Mike last yr, and he left the team in biterness. bottom line is, i think most of the Renault men are happy where they are. even if the pay is less.
