Conversations With Scammers at MDM Eurotics

    It all starte here...

    http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=129040

when Charles questioned how such a company could offer the cars they do, even one that Ferrari says does not exist to US specs. They whole thread is pretty funny with Napolis putting the smack down to the "company" they we found to to be children operating out of Mom's Condo.

Well I emailed MDM and asked them about a Lambo they had on their site. This was my reply:

So I then asked them about a Jag they had and got no email reply. However, this morning(Nov 28th) I received these two PM’s:

Needless to say my response is the same one that AlpineSilver19, DanC, that ass in CA, and a few others received……

Gents, MDM boys, children, first things first….

Slander is spoken, in print it is Libel you morons!!! (Didn’t you see Spiderman?)

Secoundly, learn to read a clock!!! You sent that PM at 12:53 am (Midnight) on Tuesday!!! Sending a threat and saying you sent it on a Sunday when you in fact sent it on a Tuesday DOES in fact make you look like a child.

Thirdly, bring it on. I completely challenge you to make a court case over this.

Here is only one of the points of contention I can think of off hand…. I think the first thing I would do would be discovery of the means you have to use photographs on your site you neither took nor obtained permission to use.

So please, enlighten us on how you obtained permission to use all the photos on your web site. Some of the people that own them are on F-Chat, so lots of luck

Another point would be to say I "hurt you" for calling you on your crap would also be to say an exec with Ferrari did the same thing. I would LOVE to be on the same side of a court room with FCA.

So now, good patrons of Ferrari Chat, what say you?

This is a discussion board therefore it is a transitory form. Which would be classified under slander. Typing is used in place of speech due to the fact that speech is unable to be used. Libel would be a document stating derogatory remarks about us.

95% of the vehicles on our site we have authority for use. Before you try to come at us in regards to legalities of our website. "All registered trademarks and copyrighted material remain the property of their respective owners." Also reading would help you in this matter as well.

Ben attempted to send his message on sunday but seeing that we are unable to message your email address it could not be sent. I told him to just send it via pm the time that I sent my pm. Obviously he did not edit the days which is why it was stated as monday would be today judging by when the pm was sent.

In regards to your "hurting us by calling our crap" is slander due to the fact that your remarks are untrue. Now if we were a scam we would have no case on the basis that we had no intentions of delivering the products or in this case vehicles we have listed for sale. In the event that we are a legitimate operation your remarks are false therefore "slanderous" to our business and is pushing clientel away from our company. That being said we have grounds to sue you for punitive damages of estimated sales lost due to your derogatory remarks.

Now would you like to continue this battle? I suggest reading a book before hand because you will need more then your 4th grade text book knowledge to do so.

    Thanks,

    Josh josh josh.....

95% is not 100% so yes that makes you full of it....

And I could point you to a few court cases on the terms and the internet, but I would not want to upset your wiki-viewing.....

But enlighten us. Show us one car from your site you have delivered, please.

So again, go for it!!!! Make a court case out of this!

Am I wrong about this? But is he now admiting that MDM and A&A are one and the same? Dual usernames hmmm....isnt that a no-no on f-chat?

Josh, but in all seriousness. I know many dream to be a "hi-flying exotic broker". But life aint that easy dude. Start from the bottom and work your way up. Get your dealer license and start small. Be a REAL dealer. Don't be surprised if you must sell a few Civics first.

I know how it is. I started just a couple years ago and hopefully one day it will pay. But don't come on here and try to fool these guys. It's virtually impossible dude.

My .02 cents for you before thses guys ban you.

This was probably one of the only sensible posts in this entire thread.

We are not the same, I work with ben, both at MDM Eurotics. Ben would be MDM.

We did start small, we started off selling skylines, silvias, and other JDM cars. We are now making the move over to exotics which was somewhat delayed by the "MDM are scammers" thread that i am posting in.

We did not just jump in and say i know nothing about cars so im going to start off as an auto broker. We both have experience in rare automobiles. We are scammers yet we still bring over R34 GTR's which last time i checked werent even importable?

We had never had any intentions of coming onto FCHAT right away, but due to the thread we had no choice. We were starting small, a few cars were added here and there. Then we started negotiating deals with dealerships and other brokers to allow us to list their vehicles for sale on our site. For example you see the only Porsche Mirage GT for sale on our site. Yes it is at a dealership in dubai you can find that all over the net. We have consent from them, Mr. Muhamad Osman to be exact, to list all of their cars, we can also import the mirage and title it for US road use for if a US party was interested in purchasing it which is why we list it.

Not all companies have the ability to title vehicles for legal road use that shouldn't be such as the TVR's. We work directly with racing green, Colin B. to be exact.

We have multiple deals in the workings at the moment, as you can see just by checking when the domain was purchased the site has only been up for 2 weeks. We are not claiming to have sold a million exotics, or to be the best out there. We are here to help people buy and sell cars as well as make a decent living for ourselves. We have nothing to hide.

My final 2 cents for this thread.

    Thanks,

And if you had come to us like that you may have been believable. As it is you have probably 100% of the likely buyers here running from you. The fact that you have owners of the vehicles you have on your site claiming to have no clue who you are is even worse.

In effect, you have crushed your own customer base.

    This for example:

Or the IM's you guys sent to various members.

You do in fact look like children, and to do that here of all places pretty much dooms your company.

Threatening to sue me of all people is not helping you, either. In fact, it makes you look seriously inept. Esp if you do read the posts on this thread. I would love to hear what your mom would say if she knew the game you were trying to play.

Yea right! You have a TON to hide, just from the admissions you have made here in this thread!

And for gods sake, spell check your site if you plan to keep it up after this….

Got to play this on you now....

There was no way for us to come to the forum in that manner due to everything that had been said. We are like any other small business starting out. It is hard to try and get by when you have a major influence in the community stating your nothing but lies. I responded to a sensible post in a sensible manner. I have no intentions of coming on here and making myself look like a 2yr old just when you have 50 childish members against you what are you left to do?

Which owners are you referencing? In regards to continental i have been working with 2 of their associates, i had the car sold until our buyer told us they wanted a black interior not red which was never told to us beforehand. The car was listed on our site so the client could see it as well as the other vehicles that we had listed that were similar.

That i was not involved with, and i have had a conversation in regards to IMing members of the site.

What "admissions" are you referring to?

I never said i was the champion of a spelling bee.

So you're saying that Bentley Gold Coast let you list this Enzo on your site?
    http://www.mdmeurotics.com/1005.html
From anybody who has visited their showroom it is instantly recognizable. I just emailed them about it, I'm not sure if they will respond since they probably won't give a damn but we'll see.

Also if you just started in the exotic business, why do you claim that "MDM Eurotics is a leading exotic automobile specialist." There has to be a law against that.

And I highly highly highly highly highly highly highly doubt that that many different places with a Friggin CLKGTR and Carrera GT and XJ220 and FXXs would all go with a company that is just "starting out" in the exotic business. There's so many companies out there that have been around for decades that they would go to first.

Trust me, Dr.S didn't cost you any clients. Nobody was going to buy from you in the first place and certainly nobody is going to buy from you now.

LOL I wonder which one is Josh and which is Ben:

Bentley gold cost sold the car months ago, those were the photos we were given from the new owner of the vehicle.

The CLK GTR was from Mr. Mota's website we have full permission from him to list vehicles that he has for sale.

As stated the Mirage GT (not carrera GT, yes there is a difference) we also have permission from the dealership to list the vehicle. You can give them a call if you would like.

    1) Every dealership in the US and most in the world monitor this site. It is the best way to stay in touch with their customers. Looking like an ass here makes you look like an ass to ever dealership you can name.

    2) A company can not afford that, yet you did it, and you did it repeatedly. You said you had a conversation about IM's? A CONVERSATION?? Are you kidding me? Steve B, (The owner of a dealership I frequent.) would have had their ass GONE if they had worked for him. That sort of stuff kills a company, as it likely did yours.

    3) Next to NO ONE is going to risk $50k let alone $1mil with you with out checking you out. Look at what we found out about you and that was with out really trying! What are they going to say when they find out your address is your mom’s house? They’re going to laugh their ass off. Good luck looking legit then.

    4) You have a Ferrari exec telling people you are full of it. On multiple forums. How do you repair that?

    5) He is doing that because you pretty much lied about one of their cars. Good luck mending that fence, pt 2.

    6) Being 18 you have to flat out look more professional than the pros to get noticed, in this day of spell check claiming to "not be the champion of a spelling bee" is a cop out. It shows you are sloppy and do not pay attention to detail. Not a good trait in the exotic car business. I have fired people for less.

But we do not expect you to understand much of this.

My god. In this business you get it right or you die a quick death. No one will deal with a "leading exotic automobile specialist" that does not know what the hell he is selling well enough to list it correctly!!

So now I have another card to play on you. Because if we are having to teach you about how to run a business by starting with proof reading and spell checking, then you really are clueless!!
