Thanks for the heads up on this Tony.

The Grasshopper is just up the road for me but unfortunately I have to run a stand at my girls school xmas fayre! It's the annual outing for my vintage slot machine collection so can't miss it, not even for the Ferrari.

Not sure I would take the TR out in this weather though, the country roads around here are caked in mud and manure this time of year!

    Mud'n'manure? Mud'n'manure?

It'll just give us that opportunity to have one of those utra-pervy fetishistic cleaning session. Ahh, my sweet child how I love to purge you box sections of bovine feacal matter......... Oops, got a bit carried away there!

BTW, do Autoglym make a plop-cleansing product?

    Chaps,

Just came off the phone to the exceedingly helpful people at the Grasshopper Inn (I have been advised that it would be both prudent and curteous to contact the venue), and they have kindly requested that we don't drive like idiots, racing up and down the carpark and on the road outside, or they will deny us future use of the venue, and get Plod down quicker than you could say foccinaucinihinipilification.

    So, we have been warned.

    Thanks

    Stig

Tony i know you chaps are respectable and out to enjoy your supercars,
and a pint and a chat in a country pub, nothing wrong with that top marks, just think boy racers get a bad name for all kinds of people on the road now,ive never seen a ferrari driven though halfords and out the otherside, theres just no need they look brill and not normaly driven by boy racers,
    cheers,
    Dale.

    Hi all,
I have just found this forum and have only just bought my first Ferrari, a 1983 308 GTS QV.

I see that your are all having a meet at the Grasshopper which I know as I live near Maidstone.

We have guests on Saturday late pm but if I can get out is it ok to turn up?

    Chris

90% chance of rain tomorrow apparently

As someone who's going to have to drive about 90 miles just to pick up my car, I'm gonna be royally peeved if I'm the only one who turns up!

So, let's have it - who's gonna turn up if it's pissing down?

Well, I dunno what the weather is like where you guys are, but it's absolutely lashing down here - torrential.

I'm not sure I'd even go out in my daily-driver in this crap.

Musn't grumble too much, we had a great Sep & Oct....

Well, if anyone turns up, I hope you have a good'un. I'm closing the curtains and watching a couple of movies!

    Cheers
    Paul
