Hey Guys, Here are some sample pictures from the RM event on Saturday. It was a great day filled with some amazing cars! Many thanks again to Larry for organising the event and Marco for the delicious lunch, it was great to put faces to names. I will be selling a CD of ALL the pictures from the event (over 500) for $40. The pictures on the CD will be super high resolution and they will have NO watermarks on them. The CD will also be shipped to you at no charge. Looking forward to the next event! Enjoy the pictures, http://supercarfreak.net/gallery/album578 Lucas
Beautiful weather, nice people and beautiful cars! Thank you Carlo for sharing the ticket experience (at least I wasn't alone for a change), thank you RM for hosting and thank you Marco for lunch! And beautifull pictures Titanboy! It was a very nice day!
Lunch was my pleasure....... Lucas...pictures look amazing! I'm going have to purchase the disk so I can use your pictures of Angelo's white Ford GT to advertise our products. I think they offer a clear view of our quality, workmanship and attention to detail. And after seeing the those, I don't think anyone can argue how truely invisible our Paint Protection Films are! Hey everyone, well Stephan put the task on me to start up the Sring Run thread on account he has no time, im guessing exams....its that time a year for us students!!! Anyways, i do believe indeed we had a great turnout. Cars from all walks of life came out for this event, including and amazing pair of Porsche 964 RS Americas, Manny`s 512 TR and Eric`s stunning RS4 just to name a few. We had a few passers by to come show their support and it was greatly appreciated including Tony in his brand spankin` new Maser cabriolet and Bernie in his gorgeous 308 who happened to be the first person we spotted. As well a very nice DB7 Cabriolet!!! The run started relatively on time with a departure time of about 10:30 AM. We stopped once to regroup between Montreal and Lachute to take a few pics and let a few stragglers catch up. Once in Lachute we took another small break at a local corner store to chat it up abit more and take yet again a few more pics. At this point we were running alittle late for our estimated 1 oclock lunch time at Le Grand Lodge in Tremblant. This was somewhat unfortunate because the route had planned for a great little stop about 20 miles from Tremblant in Huberdeau at a nice little round about look out point and we were unsure if we would have the time for it. Well we said the hell with it and stopped anyways, it was way too lovely of a day to say no to such a great spot.We stoped at Huberdeau for about 20 minutes or so and then quickly tore off for Le Grand Lodge in Tremblant for a well needed lunch. We arrived somewhat late, at around a quarter to 2 but the food was still there and everything turned out quite fine!!! The buffet lunch lasted about an hour and then people started to leave one by one to take their own route home. This was fine because it ended up that most of us found each other in a pack on the 15 headed towards Montreal. All in all this was a spectacular event on what could not of been a more sunny day. MUCH MUCH MUCH credit is to be giving to Stephan Bauer for orchestrating the first Rally of its kind in Montreal and we all do hope it is not the last we see in the near future!!! Id like to personnaly thank Oliver in the stunning 08` Cayenne, Manny with the 512 TR and Eric with the RS4 for rides in their SPECTACULAR vehicles!!!! cheers mates! LETS DO THIS AGAIN SOON!!!! ...these are the first 12 pics....more to come soon soon, just have to resize...enjoy for now!!! Thanks for sharing, looks like you guys had fun. But i need an explaination or clarification. That dumbass kid with the ferrari shirt, and he is riding shotgun in a tr i thought he was the biggest Porch fan around ? Why wasnt his a$$ booted out and thrown into a Pcar ? Was he not wanted in that camp? Please chime in and explain. Thank you !
Great pics guys and great job to you Stephan for your initiative and successful planning. The turnout was quite good!
Nice pics Josh, I'll try to get around and editing the shots I have ... a lot of selecting as many aren't really worth posting. Come on Stephan, stop pretending to be studying, and post them pics of yours! I know you're not studying anyways, you're hogging my map, trying to find the next route! hahahahaha. Big Red, I actually overheard a call on his cell phone from a guy called Ferdinand ... he was asking the kid in question to return all Porsche related items he had in his posession ... until he gave in and left the 512 for the Cayenne. Sure was a great time, absolutely loved the RS4 ride, thanks again Eric and Maryse (did I spell that right?). Thanks very much as well to everybody who showed up, it's all you participants who made this first edition a success! trying to put some pics dammit! http://img186.imageshack.us/my.php?image=dsc07727uu1.jpg
