Thanks for the concern guys. My son is doing better this morning, but his neck is still stiff. Hopefully it'll work itself out with a bit of rest.

Marinelo: This will be an all day event, with return time 4:30-5pm. However, the cruise is broken up into stages and you can always attend only a part of it if you need to be elsewhere later in the afternoon.

If you are planning on attending, please let me know the following info, by today if possible as I need to confirm the headcount for the restaurant by this afternoon.

1) First name
2) Car Make/Model/Colour
3) Bringing a passenger?
4) Attending group lunch? ($50 per person, includes winery tour)
5) Bringing FRS radio?

Long range on Saturday weather is showing Sunny with cloudy periods, and a high of 27C. Should be a fantastic day for a drive, and we have an awesome route planned out!

 

Thanks Arshad , sounds like a great time, I have a previously planned event to be at Saturday evening but I will double check the scheduled time I realy need to be there.

We will be getting a police escort onto the highway, so be there on time as we will leave whether all cars are there or not!

Heheh, nah. Since we have 50+ cars coming, rather than have them all line up on the side of the highway, Mark (CDN_Wolf_Eh) has arranged for an officer to block off traffic at the lights in order for everyone to get onto the highway together.

We'll get fragmented as we progress through the run until each checkpoint, but might as well start off all together!

Everyone: It's going to be pretty hot and sunny tomorrow, so if you're driving a drop-top, make sure you bring a cap and sunscreen!

 

It looks like my passenger may not be able to make it for tomorrow (I should know for sure by later this evening). If so, I have a spot available if anyone wants to ride shotgun and navigate.
