Mega Shifter Kart Race - October 24th - Denton

For all of your racers and racing fans, there is going to be a massive shifter kart race this Sunday at North Texas Kartway (www.ntkarters.com) in Denton, starting at 1PM. For those of you Formula 1 fans, you will have heard Michael Schumacher, Kubica, Alonso, Liuzzi, etc. talking about karts, these are the same type of shifter karts that will be raced on Sunday, 125cc, 6-speed, 40 horsepower racers that top out around 120mph and pull over 3-G's in the corners. Pro level racers will be participating and are traveling from California, Colorado, Wisconsin, Illinois, Louisiana and Mexico for the race along with a stacked field of Texas shifter kart drivers.

During this video there were 20 drivers and we are expecting around 35 for the event on Sunday so you can begin to imagine how insane it will be during the the Formula 1 style standing start.
