Yes, my car taken at the 60th birthday celebrations in Melbourne. I have 2 sets of headlights, the originals in black and a second set I bought and painted Giallo. There is a photo somewhere of my car with one black and one yellow headlight, that looks odd!

Does anyone know the history of the car supposedly impounded by the police in Marbella, Spain?

That's the only F50 I've ever seen, bar the Galleria at Maranello.

Used to make my holidays when I was a kid even better when seeing that in Puerto Banus.

My mistake ... for some reason, I thought it cropped up right about the same time, or shortly thereafter, the USA F40 thread started.

all right gents...spot the differences from a stock F50....

I see relocated switches to the center console, radio install, leather seat centers, modified instrument binnacle, passenger "terror" grip, and electric windows...in a RHD ! Anyone know this car ?

The door sills and holes in the top of the windshield frame for the roof seem to indicate a genuine F50.

Moved it in August last year, previous owner desperately wanted it back :) Got lucky with the timing, as things turned a bit sour after that eh ? I have a feeling I will be able to find a nicer one at an attractive price point in the future :) Picked up a Scuderia shortly after, and the 16M flies in next Sat.

I hope you are well Vasco, haven't been to T.O since last fall. I heard it was 19C the other day....in March !!!!

Felix: Art Sports is owned by a major collector (trucking company The 0123) and they have world-class technicians. I have posted the pics of the tear-down and reassembly for easier viewing. The most detailed recording of the engine and its innards that I have ever seen. Thanks for sharing...

typical appearance of engine bay CF on a well used F50. The car came with a matt CF finish that only got more dull with the tremendous engine bay heat generated. Small fans on the CF undertray stay active well after engine turn off in order to continue heat extraction from the engine bay....or you can just lift the rear bodywork, buts it bloody hot :)
