I lived in Melbourne 1988-1997. Bought the Ferrari 1991 or so. Had a great time with it. It was sold when I left for the Middle East and Saudi Arabia. I am looking for more photos and hope to post them soon. Ferrari days, Maserati days at Sandown aso. Have called Carl but we have missed each other on the phone.
Cool! Any idea where the car is now? Do you have the VIN, someone maybe able to check where it is. Just interests me how cars/ people/ places intersect in unimagned ways...
Like Millard having owned the Dino I'd previously owned, and neither of us knowing until many years later.
And like my 365GT4,was owned by a mate from schools' brother,his name still appears in the register 30 odd years later.
at least MrUlf is managing to stay on the racing line. Or were you out there to pick up rubber for the drive home?
Oh..I thought you were talking about the GT4. no..not at winton...but I fell off a motor bike there once.
Funny you should say that... Only time I've ever been to Winton and every lap I'd get a different corner wrong. Except for ONE. *Cue PP*
