    Yes as we grow old, life of our memory cells decreases so to increase the life and number memory supplements are necessary “as recommended”.
    I read some where that Omega-3 content of neuronal cell membranes has been linked to memory and intellect. The best sources of Omega-3 in fish are Mackarel, Salmon and Tuna.

    Many of the anti-Alzhimers drugs seem to have this effect on health folks.

    Any of the -raciteam chemicals....piracitam, anaracitam, etc. Look them up. Lots of others too, research "nootropics."
