Hi All, I hope someone can help. "I have just purchased a1978 Merak SS. Body and Interior are in very good condition. Unfortunately the engine is a problem. I want to do a complete engine revision. What is the best way to remove the engine ? Is it possible without taking the transmission out ? Where can I find some documentation or shop manual which describes this procedure. Any advise is very much appreciated. Thank you."

what a cool site. I wished this existed in the mid-80s when I had mine. I regret that car just because it was a start and go car. Not the best exotic by today's standard but timeless lines.
