Mercedes SLS Roadster

An absolute lack of information on the SLS online. I have just picked up this car, sight unseen, never driven one either. Had a 360 for 4 years and loved that doing 40T km in it. I was thinking about a 599 or 458 but thinking I can add one later. The F8 looks spectacular though.

In terms of servicing the SLS just stick with main dealer or go independent? The servicing looks pretty straight forward. Any other tips from owners? Hood maintenance? After market brake pad or rotor upgrades? This one has steel. I am not expecting to do more than 5T km per annum, probably 3T I would think. Any thoughts on tyres?

I am in New Zealand btw. Only 3? in the whole country which is way less than Ferraris which we have a stack of. I think there are only 3 here and only 300 RHD globally.
