Thank you for proving my point. Some people just cannot focus on one issue without using another to justify it and getting off track in the process. We can argue the lap 1 incident all we like but that was not my question. My question was specifically targeted to Max passing Lewis under yellow flag conditions. Please answer that specific question.
Max was alongside Lewis the entire time under yellow at Abu Dhabi, just like Lewis was "alongside" Max at Silverstone. Man, you guys are getting desperate.

I feel genuinely sorry for you, because your hero lost in 2021. I understand that you're probably hitting the bottle pretty hard, for the past several weeks. Wishing you a healthy and happy new year!
Is this the new thing you lot dream up, you guys keep claiming that Max fans are upset somehow. I've not read a single post anywhere from Max Verstappen fans that claims anywhere NEAR what you write. Everyone seems delighted. The only arguing you see is Max fans attempting to correct the ever grander claims from the LH crowd.
It's happened before that drivers where ever so slightly in front. If it's for (less than) a mini sector, the FIA has always turned a blind eye as far as I know. The ''blind eye'' is because one driver may be braking whilst the other accelerating, or when side by side intentionally hits the brakes so the other could get penalized, that sort of thing Max slotted in behind Lewis before the SC line, gained zero advantage when doing what he did. And he was ''ahead'' by a minuscule amount.
I agree with everything you are saying but playing devils advocate Lewis' 0.1mm wing violation was only a 'miniscule' amount from which he gained zero advantage and Mercedes is labelled as a cheater for it.
FIA Scrutineers checking the legality of Lewis Hamilton's DRS and rear wing - 2021 Brazil GP - YouTube I do wonder where the 0.2mm figure came from, certainly I never saw official F1 documents. Presumably just straight from Toto's mouth. Looking at the video and seeing just how easily the DRS ball measurement thingy slides through, I have my doubts, as I'd expect at least a small amount of resistance. Toto often makes grand claims. Even if it was 0.2mm, it was a technical infringement, those are pretty clear cases, otherwise, where do you draw the line? I think you'll find that no one cared about Lewis driving with his seatbelts off in Brazil. Technically speaking that could have been a DSQ (yes that's happened before in FIA sanctioned events). I'm sure I and a few others here even wrote that any type of penalty for doing just that would've been stupid.
I've asked this before, and never got an answer (imagine that) ... are we sure that Hamilton didn't tap the breaks?? Telemetry will tell us. Inquiring minds ... No matter. As you've already stated: unlike Hamilton's blatantly illegal move in lap one, Verstappen gained no lasting advantage ... zero, none.
Given what we know: - The stewards were eager, all season long, to penalize Verstappen for any possible infraction (real or imagined) - The Hamilton fanboys in this thread are silent on the responses so far (except for spelling which at least shows that responses have been read) The most likely answer to the above question is: The stewards didn't penalize Verstappen for his "millimeter" under yellow, because his momentary lead was gained (and immediately given back) by Hamilton tapping the brakes. Again, telemetry (if available) can easily prove this answer wrong ... (still waiting)
Exactly. Yet somehow Lewis being penalized for his team breaking technical regulations is the crime of the century. And if ALL cars were allowed to unlap, they're trying to make us believe that they wouldn't at all cry about the finish. I somehow doubt this, as they'd still be moaning that Lewis led the race for the entirety until the final lap and therefore it was stolen. Whether all or some cars could unlap is irrelevant to the end result. Masi made a decision to allow the cars to unlap. If he didn't, he would've automatically handed the title to Lewis. If he did, he made a race out of it. Either way whatever he was going to do, he was going to get criticized. IMO Lewis was lucky twice that race, 1st with the track skip on the first lap, then with no SC deployed for 2 cars on track (Kimi crash and Russell stranded on track). We've seen plenty of full SC's for just the latter alone. Did Lewis drive an excellent race? Undoubtly so. I said it a month ago, perhaps his victory was stolen, but not his championship (yes KTU before you jump up and down and think this is the ''gotcha'' moment, it really isn't. Already discussed!).
You could call it that or lulus I’m a victim, dangerous driving man ,I had to avoid him man, but lulu kept it pinned and gained a 2-3 second advantage iirc.
