haha, its funny because even if you can't tell the Difference between thew 328 and 308, in one of the pictures it clearly says 308

 

No different then the '79 329 for sale. And it's not a typo- they say '79 more then once.

 

I see reverse also counts as a speed as they show it as a 6 spd.

In any case, it looks like whoever owned it kept it in nice condition.....At least it's got that going for it...

 

I sent a email to the seller pointing out the problems with the ad. I received a reply thanking me for the history lesson and asking if I wanted to purchase the car. I explained that I would have a problem buying a car from someone who could not represent the correct model as I could not trust that he could properly represent the service history. I'll let you guys know if I get a response

 

I sent a message on the 18th........... he hasn't changed it yet.

Yes there are...........

I contacted Ebay to pull it, since the seller hasn't done the right thing after being contacted by at least four members.

 

I see the ad is still "AS IS". That is to say the misinformation hasn't be changed. I think that says everthing one needs to know about both the seller and Ebay!!!!

 

The seller contacted me saying thank and will change it. He has emailed others on the board with the same message. I have contacted Ebay. Both appear to have done nothing. It even looks like some shill bidding is going on. Ebay better clean up this type of mess or their rep is going to go down the tubes.

Now if someone wanted to teach this guy. They would send the bidding through the roof and leave a feedback explaination.

 

I received a not so friendly reply from Kessler after I very politely addressed the taillights. Sounds like they're a bit frustrated over it not selling....

the driver side is bent up while the passenger aside is down.
