    a friend noticed recently that metal Ferrari emblem on trunk somewhat bowed and lft attachment arm loose from body...remove bend and glue? back in or buy a new one and ?glue

    If you can remove it and straighten it then by all means do it. But.. IIRC they're a cast metal and I'll bet it cracks when you try to straighten it, or the chrome cracks on it juuuuust enough to annoy you ever time you look at it (My past Experience with Porsche emblems.. :( ). Easiest thing to do is remove it and put a new emblem on.

    I was considering running a small die over the plastic pins on mine and replacing those stupid spring steel push thingys with some nylon nuts so I could remove it at will to detail under, but I got caught up in other things.
