Removed the bumper to do some cosmetic restoration on blower motors, horn & compressor, and a few other things. I noticed this metal wire loom on the drivers-side. The passenger side doesn't have one.

Any ideas what wires would be held by this loom / clip?

My first thought was horn, but just checked, and I have a wire relay running there that goes to the driver turn signal. Given the hack jobs done by PO, who knows if that's correct, but that's what I've got there.

Could be for 'Autobahn/Passing' lights. In many models the lights were never installed.

Supposedly the light stalk had a VERY SMALL rearward movement that could be used to activate them.

I believe this is mostly 'hear-say' but I cannot prove/disprove it at this point.
