Is this the only mod you are making for the Ferrari? On a forced induction car it can allow higher boost; on an NA car you can run higher compression. But without making other mods the only thing it can do is allow you to run a bit more ignition advance which may or may not make any difference at all, depending on the engine.

Frankly, without either a blower or a plan to install higher compression pistons, I wouldn't bother.

    hey Freddie
i just installed the AEM kit in my turbo 328.
its not dialed in yet so i cant give you actual details right now.

however i did spray it on a dyno and dropped my slightly lean 12.0/12.3:1 A/F ratio down to 10:1. peak power only increased a few hp bbut my midrange power jumped between 20-30 hp throughout the powerband. this is with no tuning or adjustments, nothing. just the spray.
since then i tuned the car for the correct A/F ratio, but again the meth is not dialed in yet.

basically the methane makes your engine think its running on race fuel when your really running unleaded. so you can run a more advanced timing curve. however, it works best as an intercooler for forced induction systems. i like it better than air-to-air or water-to-air. how do you like it in the Bi-Turbo? did you turn up the boost? i bet that car is a sleeper ;)
