It's all about repeatability and centerlines vs how the electronics pick up those centerlines, thtas the part everyone forgets the 3rd part Image Unavailable, Please Login
No, it's not the Ferrari way. But it's right as rain. 3+ 1 =4, 1+ 3 = 4. Is one more right than the other?
Dave, I was joking posting the picture of the crazy girl after johnk posted his pic. Dead stop method is old and proven. No need for you to prove 2+2=4 I love her picture. I think to myself if I wasn't married already I would nevet date. No man needs the drama...

John, You have way too much time on your hands. I have a project for you. Do you think you can increase the capacity of my bumper? Image Unavailable, Please Login
It's been poring rain here all day. Zero motivation. Sitting around watching tennis and movies. I notice the truck with the beer bumper is registered in PA. My home state. Reminds me of when I was in grad school at Penn State. The under grads were designing a car for some safety efficiency competition. They has energy absorbing bumpers and dash. You'll never guess what they used to absorb impact with the dash. Empty beer cans. Yep, the dash was constructed of 3 layers of empty beer cans. And it worked! I believe that is the one thing they got an award for. But back to your problem. I have my team working on it now. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Old Philly trick, keep your beer in Campbells tomato soup cans. I had my first summer engineering job at Campbells just across the river. One of my jobs was working on the design of a machine to put labels on beer, I mean soup cans. Campbells soups are Mmm, Mmm Good. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Are you going to serial number them like 1 of 1500. I would like number 2 and 3 since i assume you will keep 1 Let me know when to pay you
Hi Grant, No, we don't serialize stuff like this - no need. I'll let you know once we have the cases - they shipped yesterday so perhaps today or tomorrow.
