I've purchased all of the replacement hoses for my GT4 from my local auto parts store, same place I buy Volvo and Miata hoses, except for the bottom fuel tank crossover hose, which came from McMaster.com.

Metric hose clamps? Which dimention do you want to be metric? Width? Hex drive? Please don't say diameter. Stainless clamps are avilable at McMaster.com, better auto parts stores and Home Depot.

    LOL!

Jim, someone's messin' with ya! Next they'll be asking you to go find a flight line for a knot and buy prop wash for cleaning...

I think he's referring to the clamps that are marked with metric size range on them, I got a bunch from global metrics. they're the ones with the rolled lip so it wont cut the hose. as to the concourse ones, not 100% sure where to track those down.

Is OK not to use metric screwdriver on them!

    Which one do you get?

    Is this Global metric?

I would use nut type rather than groves on high pressure hoses.

I replaced all the hoses and clamps on my 1988 328. Had to cut most old ones off with a large exacto knife . I got all the new clamps ( lined , 316SS ) from McMaster-Carr . Something like 8 different clamp sizes to do the whole car from the small fuel emission hoses to the largest air transfer hose under the intake plenum on up to the radiator hose clamps . Sourced the hoses from Carquest , Ferrari , Ricambi and McMaster . I replaced the two fuel tank connector hoses with Alfa Gomma brand hoses ( McMaster) about 1 mm smaller ID than the stock Ferrari hoses - I think somehting like 1 3/8 inch ID or whatever size I don't recall right now -- I do not reccomend this as getting those much thicker , fabric and steel wire reinforced , nitrile lined hoses on was very difficult . A tip for those fabric hose ends . They look kind of ratty at the ends as they age because the fibers flare and fray . I used 3M weatherstrip adhesive ( black ) applied carefully to the ends of the hoses at the fabric interface . I allowed the adhesive to dry / cure for a day . Its been 6 months and about 600 miles and the hose ends still look great . The adhesive dries pretty hard so does not attract grime . There was a difference in the depth of black coloration among fabric covered hoses that was not so on the original hoses so I used flat black engine paint to normalize them .

If you want serious SS clamps and are not worried about "concours" appearance.. try www.clampco.com
I use thes a lot on my 930 and have them in several areas on the 308.
