    To our friends and followers.

Registration just went live for the inaugural Miami Design District Concours which
    is taking place February 16-17.

The Miami Design District Concours is part of the “Watches & Wonders” hosted by
Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie (FHH) and the Miami Design District Associates (MDDA).
The “Watches & Wonders” event will be a first of its kind in Miami, bringing together nearly
two dozen of the world’s leading time piece manufactures.

Paired with world class watch brands making their American debut at “Watches & Wonders”,
the Miami Design District Concours will host the world’s rarest Post War sports, exotic and
racing automobiles featuring icons such as the 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB, 1988 Lamborghini
Countach, 1956 Mercedes 300SL Gullwing and many more carefully selected from prominent
    collections from around the country.

There are a lot of big things in the works such as the rally of 100 Ferraris coming down to the
event from Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale.

Those who've attended our events in the past know we put on the best automotive parties in
Florida and this will be no exception. Those showing their cars will have full VIP access to
all of the "Watches & Wonders" displays as each watch boutique will have their own VIP
    areas.

Space is limited so register now.

    Sounds awesome!

Will there be a designated area for trailer offloading or do all entries have to be driven down?

Yes, there will be an area close to show central for transporter parking.

Registration went live this week and we're blown away by the response already. We'd love to
see our Florida Ferrari Chat friends take part. We've even invited the boss, Rob Lay, to attend.

Confirmed this week, Emerson Fittipaldi and Valentino Balboni will be in attendance!

About our venue, The Miami Design District.

The Miami Design District is a neighborhood dedicated to innovative fashion, design, architecture
    and dining experiences.

The Miami Design District is owned by Miami Design District Associates, a partnership between
Dacra, founded and owned by visionary entrepreneur Craig Robins, and L Catterton Real Estate, a
global real estate development and investment fund, specializing in creating luxury shopping destinations.

Together Dacra and L Catterton Real Estate have actively transformed the once-overlooked area of Miami
into a vibrant destination for residents and visitors by presenting the best shopping, cultural and culinary
experiences within an architecturally significant context.

The vision for a rejuvenated Design District — responsive to its historic, urban and tropical context – was
codified in an urban master plan developed by the award-winning master planners Duany Plater-Zyberk,
with the additional participation of architects including Walter Chatham, Hariri and Hariri, Juan Lezcano,
Terence Riley, and Alison Spear. The Miami Design District embodies a singular dedication to the unity
of design, fashion, art and architecture, and a commitment to encourage a neighborhood comprised of
    creative experiences.

The Miami Design District is conveniently located just 2.8 miles from Downtown Miami, 5 miles from Miami
International Airport and under seven miles from the heart of South Beach.

Thursday Miami Design District Concours update...

Yesterday, we surpassed 100 registrations for the inaugural Miami Design District
    Concours!

Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to register their car(s), we are blown
away by the reaction and look forward to seeing you all next week at the event.

The big day is Saturday February 17. Many are asking what time they should start to arrive.
Our answer to that is as early as possible (8:00AM - 10:00AM latest). Since the event
is taking place in an open public venue, we want to have cars securely situated well before the
11:00AM official start time when the crowds begin to arrive per the wishes of the fire marshal
as we don’t want to have cars moving along with pedestrians.

The Miami Design District Concours is making the news, yesterday we are featured along with
our sister event, “Watches & Wonders” on Forbes.com:

    https://www.forbes.com/sites/anthonydemarco/2018/02/07/miami-design-district-to-host-an-international-watch-show-this-month/#16660d7e18dc

The Miami Design District also has a great You Tube video promoting “Watches & Wonders”.
