Hello, My wife and I will be spending another week in Miami Feb 17th - 24th and I just wanted to see if anyone had any recommendations for things going on in Miami that week or places to visit. We enjoy art, all types of dinning, good cocktail bars etc. We appreciated all of the recommendations we received earlier in the year. They definitely pointed us in the right direction for some great places to go. Also, if anyone is in real estate or knows someone in real estate to recommend we are considering a move to Miami and plan to look at several neighborhoods while we are in town. The move is likely a year or so out and we plan to rent for the first year until we get a better feel for the part down we want to settle on. Budget would be up to $2,500 a month. Thank you!
Brickell is MIA banking & biz hub For housing look at Brickell Key, Brickell Ave, Coral Gables, downtown if you want a short commute I suggest $3500 would get you a much nicer place. $2500 will get you a nice 1BR or less nice 2 BR I Have a good friend who is a broker, lmk For dining look at Brickell Village, there's a new Mall going up there now & of course SoBe Btw I'll be racing in Miami 200 at Homestead Feb 22
