I did not say that he was any good. But he was first hired as a racing driver, and then turned into team manager. The problem with highly successful drivers trying the manager thing is the fact that people have very high expectations immediately. Others work there way up slowly and then get a good position, which should increase the success rate. I can't imagine MS taking orders from anyone, so he'll have to start at the top, which IMO is the recipe why so many before him failed.
