OOpsie....looks like ct/off again. The 812SF makes you pay for that. Not sure why he slammed on the brakes when it started to get skiddish.
Idiot racing on a busy street could have killed someone. Lucky all he did was hit a parked car. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
He hits a tiny bump in the road and loses a little grip which turns the car to the left. He overcorrects to the right and, in a panic like a little biyatch, hits the brakes. The ABS then drags him into the parked car thinking that he wants to go straight into it because he has his wheel turned to the right. HIs mistake was hitting the brakes (and being a little biyatch).
Another celebrity with more dollars than sense! Looks like his fragile ego couldn't stand his 812 being upstaged by a lowly 458!
Honestly looks easier than that. She’s making steam high up top in first, shift to second on cold tires lets er rip. Don’t even need CT off to have that happen, it’ll do it in RACE too. Shame, as it looks like a nice car.
The funny part is that a $40k Tesla was keeping up. lol Though it didn’t appear like they were going very fast.
I've now watched this video about 100x lol. I can definitely say what happened. I initially thought he hit a small bump that unsettled the car. But that wasn't it. He was in fact street racing (or at least contemplating racing) the 488. But at the moment the video starts there's nowhere to go because he's got a red light one block ahead. So he's going about 35 mph. He crosses Gordon St near the Hollywood Palms Hotel. At that moment, the light ahead at Gower turns green and he punches it, probably in second gear. The rear end squats ever so slightly and fishtails to the right. There was no turning of the front wheels. It was all rear end. Watch the video and you'll see the light turn green and then immediately after he fishtails. Then you know the rest - he freaks out and turns the car to the right and slams on the brakes, which drag him into the parked car. As a bonus fun fact, the Kia he hit was actually illegally parked in a red zone. I wonder if he got a ticket. The force of the crash was enough to lift the Kia up in the air and hit the palm tree next to the car. Image Unavailable, Please Login
He was obviously street racing, but his lawyer apparently cut a deal and got any charged dropped! https://www.tmz.com/2024/01/25/michael-b-jordan-cleared-ferrari-crash-investigation-closed/
