Not at the start of the braking zone, he late braked which is fine, but lewis had rights to room on the outside, so he should have given him it, instead he clearly forces lewis to not only change his line, but cmpletely ran him off the track. Perez shows you how its done later in the race quite brilliantly.

Just want to add, unless it is to do with ferrari, i am not going to reply any more, i dont care about the mv lh battle, i care about ferrari and the fact masi took any chance of our drivers to achieve a better result due to the unfair nature of his rule change in the last race of the season and why it only had an advantage for one driver on the grid when it shouldn't have.

 

Okay, the last race same thing happened between Lewis and Max and Lewis was on the inside and Max on the outside. Lewis ran Max wide in the corner and Max drove off the track and still kept his position(P1) BUUUUT Max had to give the place back to Lewis.

This happened 2x to Max at Jeddah.

 

Max got a penalty for doing exactly what Lewis did a race previous.

 

Last race. Mv should have been dqed for brake testing... Any thing else is irrelevant as mv shouldnt have been allowed to finish.

Again not ferrari related.
Can you please tell me from a sporting point of view ( forget lH and MV this is ferrari cbat no?) that masi taking away the ability for the other drivers on the grid 18 of them, including two who driver for the best team ever was not given the same treatment that the two lead drivers recieved by only allowing those between the front two over take and not for all? The race director physically stopped sainz from even competing for 2nd or even first, and leclerc from gaining any more..

 

Masi finally became Churchill at the last moment and NOW you want to ditch him? He just stared the dragon down AND made my Holiday mood even better. He let them shoot it out to a conclusion.

Last race: "Max should've been dropped for brake testing" WHAT!!!! Lewis followed a slow moving Max for about 5sec. to let Lewis by. Lewis could have gone left or right for the pass....but didn't.....once Max slowed down into 3rd gear THAT'S when Max brake tested Lewis at the sam time Lewis gave the throttle to pass Max on the left.


Yes Marina: Masi, under the rules of said article, can let ANY cars unlap themselves.....not ALL cars can unlap themselves. Since there was 1 lap left to RACE between Max and Lewis....that's what Masi did.

 

I’m so tired of the “brake tested” comment. Application of the brake pedal in order to allow another driver to get by is NOT brake testing. Max slowed and slowed and slowed again and the guy still wouldn’t go by. Telemetry showed he applied brake pressure, NOT that he intended Hamilton to crash. The stewards made a rubbish decision on that, they judged Max’s psyche, something they arrived at from media opinion.

 

For his tenure and work of art in 2021 he certainly should

For my understanding:
- no action after cutting the corner was a stewards decision?
- the initial decision to keep the lapped cars between Max and Lewis was a steward decision?
- Masi overruled this by letting them pass?

 

Takes a season to win a WDC. What's going on now is the usual nonsense that denigrates the rightful winner by creating a false narrative.
A disservice to all involved.

If they want to win LH and MB should refocus on F1 instead of spiraling all over the place grasping at nonsense.

 

But… I see the same done any time Lewis has won anything, seems therefore logical albeit not normal to me

Did lewis get penalized in Baku when he brake tested Seb and Seb got angry and ran into the back of him? I honestly can't remember if there was a penalty, but that seems like the exact thing that everyone is saying Max did
