    I think they want him to develop next years car,his input is invaluable.
    Also, Ferrari just renewed his contract as advisor through next year, 5 mil.

    If there is one driver that can get Ferrari out of the hole it is in, that is MS, period.
    He is an outclass and although there are many talented drivers out there, none of them really comes close.
    Let's just hope the machines are up to par.

    Off topic. I saw his times on a motorcycle when he rode a motogp bike for fun a couple months or so back....

    hes no slouch on 2 wheels either.

    I have complete respect for so much talent when it comes to competetive racing, impressive to say the least.

    Well, unfortunately it was not meant to be, apparently, as his neck is still not completely healed.
    A real bummer....
    Another ray of hope could be if Valentino Rossi could be convinced to make the transition.
    After all, he has won everything there was to win, in motorcycle racing and smashed every record.
    A true outclass, like Michael.

    it blows my mind how they can transition from F1 to baja to motogp to motocross.
