Ummm..... that's not MS helmet. I believe it's a certain Italian Moto GP winner who's been testing the Ferrari on and off a couple of times. Which would make the joke... you know, a joke.

Newly announced regulations for 2006. The FIA announced today that they will impliment a new rule for 2006 that Michael Shumacher will be required to sit outside the car, and drive with only one hand and foot. This is the only way the FIA can find to "handicap" Shumacher, and it will also allow him to slap Mr. Sato upside the head during the race when he makes a stupid move. Here is an image of Shumacher being forced to adapt to the new handicap.

MS is handicapped enough this year, lol. I think MS went insane quite some time ago, have you seen some of the clothes he wears? Damned europeans.
