    Michele Conti model, pontoon Ferrari 250TR. These pictures taken probably late 1970s or early 1980s. I don’t remember how I learned of this model at the time. If memory serves, it was owned by a couple in southern Maine. They very kindly allowed me to visit to see it; I drove up and they welcomed me to take photos. They had ordered the model in period and picked it up in Italy from Mr. Conti if I recall. Charming model. Scale was probably 1:12 or thereabouts, but don’t know exactly.

    Interesting & great to see those photos. That model was either 1:12 scale as you mentioned, or 1:10. I just completed a 4 part series of articles on Conti for our magazine (AutoMobilia Resource).
