Seems too much of a coincidence that Michelin has lost the last two races & appears that they will lose Hockenheim. Michelin has no incentive to spend any resources or money to compete in the remainder of the F1 season if they will not be there next year. Maybe this has something to do with the tragic boating death of Edouard Michelin.

I read an article that said Michelin is NOT giving up. They still want to go out with the championship.

Gee, I know things are boring in F1, but if Friday practice foretells Sunday's results,.........well, maybe I need to find something else to pay attention to.

What do you see that makes you conclude that?

Michelin are an unethical company that have no placein F1. Their unethical practices nearly killed two drivers and seriously injured another. Safety first... BAN MICHELIN!

The "unethical" Michelin brand has provided some great victories and championships to Ferrari. You might want to look it up in the history books, under Villeneuve, as in Gilles.

The manual to my Ferrari names Michelin tires as the preferred choice.

Too bad they did not stick to their ethics of the past and moved away from the winning team!

My prophecy came true. Michelin loses in Hockenheim. What incentive does Michelin have now to step up to Bridgestone? Pride? Well, it definitely isn't to secure any money lost in developement of a superior tire.
