    Hello from Nuernberg, Germany
thanks for this wonderful website. I found great historic pictures here!
I drive Ferraris for 17 years as often as possible on all kinds of tracks, because Ferraris are born for racing or driving fast on a mountain pass or a rallye in Italy. In my opinion driving a ferrari slow in the city, parking in front of a restaurant or even at the golf-course is a grave crime and should be punished with taking away the Ferrari !
And the worst crime (death-penalty ?) off all is owning a historic racing Ferrari and storing it only in the garage and just trailer it to a concours.....awful !!!
historic racing cars must be driven, meantime between the races you have to study the history of your car. you cant really own a historic ferrari, you get it in possession for some years, you care it and so you will be a small part of the never ending history of this cars.
I also cant understand people who just drive their cars in the summer without rain! How does it work???? its the same thing to say to a addicted to drugs person: "just take your lines in the summer, in the winter or if it rains you are clean !" ....doesnt work....
and remember: if its wet, its easier to drift !
so drive your Ferraris, care them, be a part of their history....

    Dear Uro Trash,
I agree that salt isnt fine for the car, but one can avoid it.
I remember a wonderfull winter-trip with a 355: again I had to work very long on a saturday until long after midnight. when I finally could leave my office I saw that it was snowing for the first time the year and there were 3cm of never touched snow on the road without any salt. I took out the 355 of the garage and made a nice drifting session for over one hour. I had fun and forgot all the business-problems....

I am not wild and crazy, just ill . I have this awfull red virus, sorry. But everyone must agree, that in the winter time, when there is no snow or salt on the roads, its beter to drive: the engine has more power because of the cold air and on the roads are no slow bikers who are standing in your turn....
