A buddy of mine stopped by in an extremely valuable musclecar, a 71 Hemi Cuda convertible. I heard the rumble....rattling the windows in my house...and run out into the driveway and about pooped my pants! I said "is it a real one?" He said nah.....just a high end clone....still very nice with a 4 speed, dana 60 rear, 3 inch exhaust, and 528 cubic inches....whew!!

Here's another mopar (seems like all my car buddies are into chrylers) that a good friend bought from the original owner (little old lady...really). He put on some old cragar mags, otherwise it's original with ONLY 4,600 MILES ON IT !! We went for a drive and I just couldn't get over how "new" this car is. It's not a hot rod or exotic but I think it's kinda cool.

a very nice Hemi-cuda clone :) there are a few 'real-ish?' ones i've seen... but have yet to have a real good picture of it... before long, i'll have them uploaded.

that black 89 testarossa in your profile looks AMAZING :) something seems familiar about that neighborhood the two mopars were shot at... i cant quite place it... davisburg mabey?

Thanks for the compliments on the TR in my profile, it's actually a 1987, Nero Black Metallic. I sold this TR last year and now have an 89 Grigio Metallic/Tan TR. I tried to update my profile pic to the newer TR but since I'm unsubscribed I was told I don't have this option. Very strange situation indeed. So my profile has the latest written descriptions, but the pic is old.

I remember the pics when you had both on your driveway, very cool :D
There are a few spottings from Indiana on my website: http://www.nd.edu/~aweber7
Nothing really special and a few of the nicer ones I haven't put up yet (Fairlady Z and XLR)

nice Continental GT, Andrew :) i usually get the bad luck when shooting those ones :( either too far away, or coming at me, and i dont have time to react well... so either the usable pic is too small, or part/all of it is blury.

XLR's and V's are everywhere around here... course, nearly everyone who doesn't work 10 minutes away works for one of the big three...

ha! I forgot about the Continental GT. I took those pictures with my friend's camera so I never think about them when I think about "my pictures"... it belongs to one of the freshmen ('s parents) in my dorm, d@mn rich people!

You have really great pictures of cars driving, usually when they were driving my camera made them blurry. That's why I loved Michigan Ave. in Chicago, so many red lights! If something drove by I could chase it down a block or 2 and then get really good pictures. I got pictures of an amazing silver Conti GT with really nice rims too..

i absolutely feel GUTTED for you on your recent loss :(
trust me when i say i know exactly how you feel, and how a 200$ anything isn't always easy to replace... but i'll keep my own finances to myself... i've never been the student who has a undefined spending limit  my working has paid for my expensive cameras... now onto those expensive lenses that would improve my image quality more then i can imagine....

Thanks, yeah I'm trying to get over it although I'm still kind of in the denial stage .. I can't believe it disappeared so quickly. It makes me wonder if one of those people who I asked if they had seen it was lying to me and had it in their pocket the whole time. It's time to move on though...

like I said i only got a quick glimpse. Me and some freinds were driving back from a hockey tournament in Port Huron. I met them for dinner and they said they saw a Ferrari headed westbound on 696 about the same time I saw the F40. They did not know enough about Ferrari to indentify which model it was.

oh man I hate that. My friends have told me a few times that they saw a Ferrari or a lamborghini downtown Dayton, and if they only knew what kind it was, I might know if it belonged to somebody on Fchat.

Yeah I know the feeling of having somebody try to tell me about the exotic car passing through town, but not know anything other than it was red, low, and sounded mean. Within the last two weeks there has been a 512TR in town, red/tan, with Michigan plates. I know that there is a fellow that stops by our local Napa auto parts store, he is an out-of-towner who is friends with the owners of the store. This car creates quite a stir in our little town of "Meyberry".....er.....I mean Coldwater (pop 12,000). Being as I have the only Ferrari within 20 miles of our town (...just a TR) everyone feels it's their civic duty to inform me of the visit. Actually I'm kinda glad they do....but sorry that I missed the event. Darn !!! Occasionally a red Diablo blows through here too! I think it's a guy named Rich from Richland, Mich. If so he is a great guy, met him a few times, he has both Ferraris and Lambos. He and his wife Sue are the nicest, down to earth couple I've ever met. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. Perhaps some of you out there know him...?

a fairly productive week for whats been on the streets; its been dry... but quite cold (about -10 C-->5C) so the sports cars have begun creeping out :-D in fact... ive officially seen my first one-off car! nobody else will ever see another one; only this one... and its not even 2 weeks old!!
http://www.lingenfelter.com/class_lists.htm !!! super hot! i love it! (i have a suspicion who it might own it... but im really not sure)

ok, also; 2 new E60 M5's this week! people really love them! also, some E46 3M's, an E36 M3, and a SUPER RARE E24 M6 in great condition (and also pulled over for speeding  ) the GT2, im not sure if it is or isnt... it had the 'de-badge' option; a cross member in the place of rear seats, with a camera mount, and racing harnesses... (could 'just' be a turbo)

A C4 with upwards of 500 hp (not sure how much more...) a black C6 Z06, some Mustangs, and a Saleen stang... it can only get better with warmer weather!

enjoy all 49 new hi-res shots here --->

so far; that is the only 355 i've seen in town... sorry i missed you there the other day; i'd love to see your 355 up close, and get some shots of her, if you wouldn't mind.

and i 100% agree, coney joes has great coneys :-D i'm glad you recognized the location!

Yes, mine is a red/tan spider. Too bad the temps aren't back in the 50's like a few weeks ago... she could use a little primping b4 you take any shots! The roads have been "ok" on some days, but they still have a lot of debris and dirt on them.

Nice shots of the cars. I'll PM you when the weather is decent and we can meet for lunch... You take some cool shots... and lunch is on me! Deal?
