    Hi,

I was wondering how you manage your mail accounts to automatically respond to incoming mail when your not in the office...........

Basically I want it to say " I am unable to read your message at this time" or words to that effect.

I know it's probably pretty simple but I can't seem to find it in either account.

    Thanks
    cr

    Under Outlook,

In Mail, on the Tools menu, click Out of Office Assistant.
The Out of Office Assistant command does not appear unless you are using an Exchange Server e-mail account and you are in the Mail view.
Click "I am currently Out of the Office. "
In the AutoReply only once to each sender with the following text box, type the message that you want to send to others while you are out.

If you are not on a office network, then you need to create a rule.
