    Hey Folks,

    Anyone have a reference for a real estate attorney to represent a buyer for a Midtown West co-op? My son is a Broadway-based musician (AKA starving artist) and first-time buyer. Property he's looking at looks to be a nicely upgraded 1BR/1BA for under $550K on W.34th in Chelsea. We can assist to some degree, but are not familiar with NY real estate law.
