He's too old to race Motorcycles. Yes he's logging many fast laps, but can he push hard for 25 laps, then again 2 weeks later, 15 times a year?

 

I doubt he will sign a deal and if he does it won't be for more than two.

If Schumi had done this straight after retiring in 2006, he might find that it wasn't for him, and decide to go back into F1.
Right now, he's too old to come back to F1, so, almost Jordanesque.

 

Michael is 39 years old. At this age, bones don't bend, they BREAK! It's a young man's sport.

And crap it is from all I've seen so far. If he'd accept the offer it would be just a publicity stunt akin to Rossi driving Schumi's F1.
