My thanks to all who clicked on this thread out of deep concern for me (great thread title AC, har har!). The "knockers" referred to above are in fact the new Bi-Xenon projector HID headlights for my 328! Not quite that "stock" look, but the lighting is superb (and oh so cool ). Pics are from today's Morgan Adams Concours event. More to be posted tomorrow.
I'm on it! Just got back from 800 mile trip. Lights were superb! It enhances the lighting greatly and also makes the car look like a modern luxury car (which all use HIDs). Much less glare for oncoming drivers as well. I have the installation document already prepped, am working out the details with the manufacturer / seller of the lights to ensure we all get as an aggressive discount as possible. --Mike
