A common problem for 430's but not to many options??? Does anyone have a contact for someone who can disassemble the headlights, clean the inside and put it all back together?
Any suggestions or methods will be helpful....

There are tutorials on how to remove the lens covers, some put them in the oven at a low heat for 20 min or so and split them, then re-seal. You can also try a lens restore kit which consists of buffing pads, a polish and the wheel that goes on the end of a drill but I have never used one.

And you don't need fancy restore kits. Just use some Rubbing Compound, about 3 applications and then armorall, or wax, and cover from sun, or all 3.

What we have learned is that 360 headlights can be separated by heat. 430 are made not the come apart so you will damaged them to some degree if you try. I don,t know about 575's but since they are older I would guess they might work by heating. Most likely you will damage them. If it bothers you buy replacement OEM. Sorry I wish I knew a better response.

You can use toothpaste or you can get Meguires clear plastic cleaner which also works great on boat plastic.

saw a thread where somebody inserted a velvet bag full of BB'S with a string attached to it through the parking light hole, then they used a magnet on the outside of the light to move the Bag around and clean out the fog. I can't find that thread anymore.

Just a warning, the lens does have a thin clear UV coating on the outside.
Buffing them you may see where the clear gets "burned through" from buffing too much. After this the lens really yellows fast

Some folks have sanded then clear coated them with decent resuts

    New is always best.

BTW I buy used faded ones :)

I know it doesn't sound proper but Mr. Tire has a process where after protecting and masking the painted area around the light they wet sand with a few grits all the fog off. Then apply their proprietary goo. Then cure it under a uv light. Came out darn nice on my Volvo.

If the area is inaccessible you might want to look into chemical or vapor polishing.
