A common problem for 430's but not to many options??? Does anyone have a contact for someone who can disassemble the headlights, clean the inside and put it all back together?
Any suggestions or methods will be helpful....

No success, bought new OEM headlights.
They are made not to come apart. Heat only wropes the housing, the adhesive is rated higher than the parts that make the housing.

Is it nor possible to lure the 430 headlights open, like 360 ones?

No, not without damaging them. The adhesive and the lens are interlocked. The housing will be damaged by the heat. They were designed not to come apart.
Sometimes leaving the headlights on for a while will dry out the moisture but you will have sweat marks on the inside. Sorry....

Had this same problem with my Z8 Alpina. It was the coating on the inside of the lens that was fogging. Lens couldn't be opened either and had to be replaced.

The 360 headlights were not designed to be opened either. I open them up without heat. Just pry them carefully open.
