He means "more spirited driving". The engine needs to reach full temperature and the gasoline has to flow in order to clear all that cheesy mess. Accumulating water in the exhaust, the oil and the intake could end-up expensive.
When water, usually in the form of condensation, mixes with oil you get that milky substance. It often appears at the top of the dip stick. As mentioned above, making sure the engine reaches full operating temperature allows the water vapor to escape. Another possibility is that you got a bad tank of gas. You might try adding a bottle of Heet water remover.
I drove the car for 2 mins to drop off my daughter at school and 2 mins back before taking it apart. So maybe that explains it. Usually driving to work and back I drive spirited, manual mode, rpms high letting the v12 scream lol.
Also another question, was this injector leaking past the teflon seal as that condensation made it all the way up?
